Academy History
The Elite Four got away with infecting pokémon for a couple years before the League caught wind of their actions. Or should I say, the gym leaders - the top officials in the League were all blackmailed or paid off by the Elites. There was no way the gym leaders, even with all their skill combined, could hope to win in a battle against the Elite Four and their new army. At first, they could spread the work among the eight members easily. But as they began to gain a deeper understanding of the Elite's goal, they needed more hands. So the Deviant Academy was created. Its goal is to take already-skilled pokémon trainers and teach them how to be useful in the fight against the Elite Four.
World LocationTotally freaking ripped from Serebii and mutilated.
Map Although not a sprawling campus, it can be somewhat difficult to navigate. Below shows the location of the dorms, classrooms, practice battle arena, and other items of note.
Battle Stadium: Part of being a good deviant is learning the art of effective pokémon battling. The Stadium has several fields, each of a different element, for the students to hold battles on with their classmates. There's also seating, so students can watch battles to pass the time. Dorms: The first floor is dedicated to a student lounge, store, and housing offices. The other floors are dorms. Due to some lapse of judgment, the floors are not segregated by year or gender. Courtyard: A favorite hang-out of the students. There's a large fountain in the middle, and scattered benches. Classrooms: Self-explanitory. Ball Room: Primarily used when the Gym Leaders want to gather all the students into one spot. Administrative Offices: Not often visited by students. Clair's office is located here.
Uniforms
Being the fancy, preppy school that it is, all students are required to wear uniforms at the Deviant Academy. This applies only to the hours when the students have class, however. On the weekends or holidays, they can wear whatever they want (within reason). The boys' and girls' uniforms can be seen modeled below
